  • About the Department
The Directorate is headed by a Director of Administration and Supply, it is the life wire of the Ministry as it coordinates the activities of other Directorates and bringing them to function as one body. At present, the Ministry has a total staff strength of 60 persons, 14 pool & 12 casual staff. The Ministry pays casual staff from the monthly allocation to the Ministry. The Directorate has Stores Unit, Registry (Open and Secret), Transport unit, Maintenance unit, Information Unit, and Security unit.
  • Functions

The Directorate is charged with the following responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Registry of the ministry
  • Advised on all Personnel/Administrative matters
  • In charge of human and material resource management
  • Handles all welfare matters of the Ministry
  • Handles and controls the stores Unit of the Ministry
  • Handles all issues of promotion for the Ministry
