  • About the Department
This Directorate is charged with the responsibility of planning, budgeting, data analyzing and documentation for research purposes. The Directorate also submits adequate data to Benue State Planning Commission for processing and documenting for reference purpose. Units of the Directorate The directorate has the following units:

Functions

  • Prepare budget for the Ministry annually
  • Partner with Tertiary Institutions in data collection and analysis for research.
  • Liaise with Federal Ministry of Science and Technology to enhance the development of Science and Technology in the state.
  • Monitor and Evaluate performance of revenue committee of the Ministry
  • Monitor and Evaluate projects for the Ministry.
  • Provide adequate data for planning commission.
